I haven't received my invoice or SketchUp Pro license

Thank you for your purchase and Welcome to the SketchUp Family!

When you purchase a SketchUp Classic license we'll send you an email with your receipt as well as an email with your licensing information. Otherwise, we'll only be sending an email with your receipt if you've purchased a subscription.

If you’ve purchased any of our products and can’t find the receipt (also called an invoice) please check your junk folder for an email from one of the following domains:

  • @sketchup.com (if you purchased a classic license)

    or

    @trimble.com (if you purchased any of our subscription products)

If you don’t see an email in your spam folder, it may have been flagged as spam by your internet service provider. Sometimes emails get spammed at a higher level than your email client (Outlook, gmail, etc.) and you need to ask your domain administrator or ISP (Internet Service Provider) to white list *@sketchup.com and *@trimble.com.

If you’re still unable to locate our email, please drop us a note via our contact page so we can re-send the receipt to you.
